1Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, submitting an enquiry or engaging with Scaffold – Makers & Traders through any channel (website, WhatsApp, phone or email), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all commercial transactions between you (the buyer/client) and Scaffold – Makers & Traders (the seller/manufacturer). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from placing an order.

2Products & Specifications

All products are manufactured in stainless steel (SS 304 or SS 316) as specified in your order confirmation. • Product dimensions, capacities and specifications are as agreed in writing at the time of order confirmation • Minor dimensional tolerances of ±0.5mm to ±2mm may apply depending on product type • Surface finish (mirror, matte or 2B) will be as specified in the order • Custom products are manufactured strictly as per drawings and specifications approved by the buyer • Scaffold reserves the right to suggest design improvements if the specified design would compromise structural integrity or safety

3Ordering & Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only when: • A written order confirmation has been exchanged (via email or WhatsApp message) • Advance payment has been received (as specified in the payment terms) • All required specifications and drawings have been approved by both parties Verbal orders are not binding. Scaffold is not responsible for production of incorrect specifications arising from verbal instructions.

4Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Standard Payment Terms: • 50% advance payment at order confirmation • Remaining 50% before dispatch • Payment terms may vary for institutional or government orders – as agreed in writing Custom/Project Orders: • May require different payment milestones as agreed in the order confirmation Payment Methods: Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/UPI). Cheque payments subject to clearance before production begins. Scaffold reserves the right to revise pricing for orders not confirmed within 30 days of quotation due to raw material price fluctuations.

5Delivery & Logistics

Standard Products: Dispatched within 7–10 business days from receipt of full advance payment. Custom Products: Production timeline of 15–21 business days or as specified in the order confirmation. • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen production or logistics constraints • Scaffold is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, natural disasters, transport disruptions or raw material shortages • Delivery is Ex-Works (EXW) our facility unless otherwise agreed – freight and insurance are buyer's responsibility • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the transport carrier

6Inspection & Acceptance

Buyers are encouraged to inspect goods at our facility before dispatch or upon delivery. Alternatively, photographs of the completed product will be shared for remote approval before dispatch. • Any damage during transit must be reported to the transport company immediately and photographic evidence preserved • Transit damage claims must be filed with the transport company – Scaffold's liability ends at dispatch • Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods • Failure to report defects within this period constitutes acceptance of the goods as received

7Warranty

Scaffold provides a warranty against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery for standard products. Warranty Covers: • Weld defects or structural failures under normal operating conditions • Surface finish defects not caused by improper cleaning or use of inappropriate chemicals Warranty Does Not Cover: • Damage from misuse, improper installation, exposure to chemicals not suitable for SS • Normal wear and tear • Damage caused by modification of the product by the buyer • Damage during transit (covered under transport insurance) To claim warranty, contact us within the warranty period with photographs and a description of the defect.

8Returns & Cancellations

Standard Products (Non-Customized): • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if products are in original, unused condition • Return freight is buyer's responsibility • A restocking fee of 10–15% may apply Custom/Made-to-Order Products: • Cannot be returned or exchanged as they are manufactured to specific buyer requirements • Order cancellation after production has commenced is not permitted • Cancellation before production begins: advance payment is non-refundable as material may have been purchased Order cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp message).

9Limitation of Liability

Scaffold's total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific goods in dispute. Scaffold is not liable for: • Indirect, consequential or incidental losses • Loss of production, business or revenue caused by delayed delivery or product defects • Losses arising from buyer's failure to follow installation or maintenance guidelines These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law.

10Intellectual Property

All product designs, technical drawings, manufacturing processes and proprietary specifications created by Scaffold remain the intellectual property of Scaffold – Makers & Traders. Buyers may not reproduce, share or use Scaffold's product designs for independent manufacturing without written permission. Custom designs created specifically for a buyer remain confidential and are not supplied to third parties.

11Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12Changes to Terms

Scaffold reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued engagement with our business after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
